Certified Quality Manager

 

The modern concept of quality is that it is a competitive edge, so establishing an elite class of Certified Quality Managers (CQM) for organizations is an innovative approach to integrating all related resources and building corporate quality competitiveness.

 

CQMs will practically understand that the quality of products, services, and processes is the responsibility of everyone in the organization. So, CQM will be able to focus on how to continually improve the quality through leadership, empowerment, data analysis, and total involvement of people in order not only to meet but to exceed the customer expectations.

 

      Prerequisites

 

While there might not be strict prerequisites for this CQM training program, it's recommended for the participants to have a certain level of foundational knowledge and experience to make the most out of the program. Therefore, the most important prerequisites for the Certified Quality Manager (CQM) training program are:

 

• University education: minimum of bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: minimum of cumulative five years of work experience, including one or two years in the quality management field is preferred.
• Computer skills: basic knowledge of using a laptop or a PC.
• English language: it is recommended to have a good level of English language as the training material and the certification exam will be in the simple English language.

 

The next "Certified Quality Manager (CQM)" training program is scheduled as follows and will be presented ONLINE and In-Class. Some sessions will be presented online, and some others will be presented in-class. For those who can't attend an in-class session, still have the option to attend it online live and interactive.

Fees: Program fees are JD1200, and the certification exam fees are JD350. JAQM offers 10% discount on the total fees for individuals. Accordingly, the total fees for this program will only be JD1395 for individuals including the certification exam. In addition, JAQM offers a special discount of 20% for those who attended the “Certified Quality Professional (CQP)” training program. Accordingly, the total fees will only be JD1240 including the certification exam. However, the discount is not applicable for organizations’ delegates unless they have at least two participants or more.
