JAQM website are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Website, including your name, address, phone number, email address or your screen name or username. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please refer to the information provided in the Contact us section and contact us. 

Public Training Services

Once you submitted the application form to register in a public training course, you will receive a notice that your application is received and recorded. Registration is confirmed only after fees settled as per your payment method choice.

JAQM has the right to delay, cancel, or update any course date without any legal or illegal responsibility due to the course date and/or time change.

Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your registration in a public training course one week, or more, ahead of the course date, JAQM will pay you back all paid money without any deduction.

But, cancellation during a week before the course date, JAQM will deduct 25% of the course fees and give you the remaining money.
