Business Process Improvement (BPI) refers to the systematic approach of identifying and optimizing the processes within an organization to make them more efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall business strategy.
Six Sigma is a data-driven methodology aimed at reducing defects, improving process efficiency, and enhancing quality. It focuses on reducing variability in processes and follows a structured problem-solving approach using statistical tools and techniques.

Training Approach: This course will be delivered ONLINE live and interactive. Though, this course can be delivered IN CLASS or Face-to-Face for a specific company inside or outside Jordan.
Fees: Course fees are JD300. JAQM will offer a discount of 50% for individuals. So, the course fees will only be JD150 for individuals and for organizations who have two participants and more.
