Business Process Improvement (BPI) refers to the systematic approach of identifying and optimizing the processes within an organization to make them more efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall business strategy.

 

BPI involves analyzing, designing, and implementing changes to existing processes to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. The ultimate goal of BPI is to increase the overall competitiveness and profitability of the organization.

 

The next "Business Process Improvement (BPI): Operational Cost Reduction"  training course is scheduled to start as follows:

Time: 5:30 - 8:30 PM Jordan time

 

Training Approach: This course will be delivered ONLINE live and interactive. Though, this course can be delivered IN CLASS or Face-to-Face for a specific company inside or outside Jordan.

 

Fees: Course fees are JD300. JAQM will offer a discount of 30% for individuals. So, the course fees will only be JD210 for individuals. The discount is not applicable to organizations' delegates unless they have two participans or more.
