BPI involves analyzing, designing, and implementing changes to existing processes to eliminate waste, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. The ultimate goal of BPI is to increase the overall competitiveness and profitability of the organization.

Training Approach: This course will be delivered ONLINE live and interactive. Though, this course can be delivered IN CLASS or Face-to-Face for a specific company inside or outside Jordan.
